Tamika is the founder of Naples Image Consultants (NIC), LLC. She was born and reared in Los Angeles, California, and moved to Naples with her family in 2003 and later to Fort Myers in 2016. She is an experienced fundraiser, marketing and business strategist with over 14 years of experience in the public and private sectors.

Tamika's prior posts included executive director of a free eye clinic, senior development officer at an abused women’s shelter, public information officer for the City of Naples in the mayor’s office, and a planner for Collier County Government. 

NIC was founded in 2013 to help for profit and nonprofit organizations achieve efficient and effective business solutions. Over the years, NIC has helped clients solve public relations and marketing problems, crisis management, strategy planning, board retreats, marketing plans, grant and proposal writing, branding, live and virtual event planning and more. 

NIC has earned a reputation for exceeding expectations, delivering projects on time and budget, and yielding outstanding results. Most of our new business is generated by way of satisfied clients who refer their business associates and friends to us.
